The TII Group will be demonstrating its product innovations and services in the outdoor exhibition area North 828. For operators of wind turbines, it offers a range of efficient, future-proof transport solutions. The focus is on the wind turbine blade adapter with a positioning angle of 70°. This is now in the third generation with an improved payload moment of up to 610 metre tons as the heavy-duty transporter has taken into account the development of more and more powerful wind turbines. The TII Group offers a new transport system as a series solution for particularly long wind blades. Maximum manoeuvrability, weight-reduced and fit for the future. With this combination, blades of over 80 metres long can be safely transported. The technical solution for accommodating the wind blade functions according to the "plug and play" principle and is unique on the market.
Tiiger, one of the four vehicle brands of the TII Group will present the newly developed Tiiger SD modular heavy-duty transporter as a cost-efficient vehicle for the transport of loads weighing up to 240 tons for the first time.
At bauma, semi-modular compact vehicles for road transport of loads from approx. 30 to 115 tons are playing a central role. The EuroCompact is a light and compact low-bed trailer suitable for a wide range of transport assignments due to its combination possibilities. Among other things, it can be used to transport construction machinery, transformers or plant components.
Also being showcased at bauma is the U5 version whereby the centre distance has been optimised to 1,500 mm, as a result of which, the vehicle is particularly suited for times when confronted with problematic infrastructure and approval procedures. International transport specialists are facing new challenges such as increasingly stringent road traffic licensing regulations. With the new EuroCompact U5 from Scheuerle, the modern transport company can master these challenges with ease. The U5 model facilitates significantly easier approval procedures for transportation assignments.

The unmatched dead weight/payload ratio and the most compact design in this segment offer heavy-duty specialists competitive and cost advantages. Low wear, a deck with a particularly low loading height and excellent manoeuvrability through optimised steering and large steering angle round off the product and make it an indispensable component of the construction industry. The EuroCompact can easily be extended for accommodating a wide range of transport tasks and load requirements with the Smart Axle dolly. The intelligent design of the coupling points gives it more deck length/loading length in proportion to the combination length than is usually the case in the market. The low dead weight with a simultaneous high payload makes the compact road vehicle efficient and cost-effective. This means fewer axles with the same payload compared to the competition.
TII Group's SPMT and SPMT modular, self-propelled vehicles can handle every conceivable transport task, from light goods to heavy-load transport of payloads up to 17,000 tons. The modular design principle of the SPMT product family offers maximum possibilities for use in the construction sector, oil and gas industry as well as shipbuilding and plant construction. Individual modular transporters can be coupled together as required, either mechanically or arranged in a loose coupling mode. Through the container dimensions, a single 4-axle vehicle ensures optimum flexibility also for smaller transport assignments, for example, in production halls. The SPMT Light is also available with electric drive. With the all-electric vehicle, the TII Group has set new standards in the field of e-mobility for heavy-duty transport vehicles and offers one of the most universal and high-performance systems for indoor and outdoor use. With an 86-ton payload, the vehicle is driven emission-free and noiselessly - almost a third more than comparable competitor systems.
The TII Group has re-organized its service activities and has created even more proximity to the customer. Specially trained technicians around the world are responsible for the maintenance, repair, spare parts procurement and retrofit of the special and heavy-duty vehicles of the TII brands. Said Michael Buhl, Head of Global TII Service Operations: "Service makes the difference. For us, service excellence means that the operational capability and durability of the vehicles comes first." With customer training and comprehensive advice, the TII Service also prepares the employees of its customers for correct vehicle operation, maintenance and transport planning.
