SHANTUI Displays 8 New Products
Shantui brought 8 new high-quality equipment that showed the company's technological strengths, service ability, and product series. On display was the new generation of DH17C2 hydrostatic bulldozer, all-rounder SR22MA and SR20MA road roller, Xiaoxiang heavy load version of the L58-C3 and Smart and Flexible Edition L53-C3 loaders, as well as the SE75-9W, SE135-9W, SE245LC-9 excavators.
The new-gen DH17C2 hydrostatic bulldozer can achieve intelligent and cohesive performance of the machine's components. By deploying the newly upgraded 217 hp Weichai III electric control engine, the machine maintains its powerful performance while providing heavy load, medium load, and light duty modes of operation. Its hydraulic system incorporates the latest static pressure drive control technology, achieving real-time intelligent matching of workload. And, while maintaining high productivity, its fuel consumption is reduced by 22%. At the same time, the DH17C2 provides a comfortable driving experience with its advanced human-computer interaction technology.
Shantui new excavators SE 75, SE 135 and SE 245LC are equipped with high-performance, turbo-charged engines with large torque and strong power. The hydraulic system with load-sensitive, constant power and electric proportional control can provide appropriate pressure and flow according to the requirements of load, with small energy loss, high coordination of action and super performance. The STR-A10 intelligent control system is developed independently to achieve high matching between the power and hydraulic systems. It improves working efficiency and reduces fuel consumption, and has four working modes with convenient switching. Through cloud platform, the intelligent system can view the position, track and working status of vehicles at any time.
The SR20MA and SR22MA super heavy mechanical vibratory roller exhibited, synthesizes the advantages of domestic large-tonnage roller with high configuration, reasonable system matching, compacting various building and road-building materials with their own weight and force, and gives reliable performance and the best function-price ratio. The machine is suitable for compacting various non-cohesive soils such as gravel, gand-gravel mixture and various concrete. It is an ideal compacting equipment for large-scale foundation projects.
Shantui patented vibration wheel has a more superior structure, stability and performance. The large capacity lubricating oil ensures good lubrication and cooling of vibration components, prolonging the machine's service life.
