Bosch offers Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) as a safety device to protect the battery against overload, overheating and total discharge. At the same time it also offers heat management to reduce the battery temperature and protecting the cells from excessive heat. Li-ion other advantages include robustness, no power loss and no memory effect and all these make them to live longer.

Around 32 million Bosch power tools are sold worldwide every year. Claiming that Bosch is currently the leader in the power tool market in India as more than 600,000 Bosch power tools are sold annually which means that one Bosch power tool is being purchased almost every minute.”
