Industry professionals will find the flagship product of AMCS technologies, the DCS 60 (Driving Control System) - an anti-collision system for lifting machines that has demonstrated its efficiency, robustness, ease of installation and programming on many construction sites around the world (examples include Dubai Creek Harbor, the Statue of Unity, India, Santiago Airport in Chile, and Roland Garros in Paris).

Among the novelties expected in 2019, visitors will find the DCS 61-S, (Driving Control System Safety), the new anti-collision and zoning system, which is a complete safety system designed with a higher level of requirement to ensure safe execution of orders to manage the machines during interference while operating in the area of tower cranes. The company is expected to make a long-awaited announcement on this subject. This new device will offer new features, in addition to the three essential functions (anti-collision, zoning and display/data logger).
AMCS will also give a preview of its telematics called IoT Lifting. The DCS 61-S anti-collision systems can be equipped with a SIM card that can be used to collect precise data on each crane on a web portal (when the crane is powered, in motion, in weathervane, etc) and generate personalized statistics for each job site and companies (occupancy rate, load, efficiency, interference etc). The main objectives of the IoT Lifting are to follow the productivity at the construction site with precision and remotely, and to know the activity of the cranes every day.
Currently, in the prototype stage at the Intermat show, the company will reveal at Bauma the SUP BIM, its construction site supervisor in BIM. It will make it possible to follow in real time the evolution of the construction site in 3 dimensions from anywhere and also gather, record and visualize on a single screen the movements and the information of all the cranes equipped with the systems DCS 61- S or DCS 60 (slewing, travelling, lifting, load, events related to anti-collision, wind speed, defaults etc).
These products illustrate the company's ability to keep up with market developments, whether it is new standards, new generations of cranes, innovations or technological advancements in the industry. At bauma, the company will focus on new technologies that enhance safety and performance, and showcase new products and tools.
