When CII initiated its plan to organize India's first construction and mining exhibition i.e Excon, in 2000, it was never expected that one day, the show would be elevate to such a great height where around 750 plus exhibitors and over 35,000 visitors both from within and outside the country would take part in over 2,20,000 sq mts of exhibition space.
