Odisha's PWD floats tender for Jharsuguda Bypass construction on NH-49

The Public Works Department (PWD)
The Public Works Department (PWD) of Odisha has floated a tender for the construction of the Jharsuguda Bypass on NH-49 in Odisha. The project, to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, will encompass a stretch from ch 258.636 to 283.300 km (design ch from km 258.636 to 289.876).

With a contract value of Rs 253.19 crore, the completion period for the project is set at 30 months. Interested bidders have until 15 July 2023 to submit their proposals.

This endeavor aims to enhance transportation infrastructure and connectivity in Odisha, facilitating smoother travel for residents and promoting economic growth in the region.
