MoRTH invites bids for upgradation of NH-227-B in Uttar Pradesh

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has issued an invitation for bids for the upgradation works of the newly declared NH-227-B (84 Kosi Parikrama Marg) Package-II in Uttar Pradesh, adopting the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode.

The project aims to enhance the infrastructure of the Sarpur to Gosaiganj Section of NH-227B, covering a stretch from km 29+000 (Sarpur) to km 47+878/47+800 (Gosaiganj). It involves the configuration of two-laning with paved shoulder, facilitating improved transportation in the area.

The total value of the project is estimated at Rs 591.28 crore. The construction period is set at 24 months, to be followed by five years of maintenance starting from the actual completion date of the work. Bids submission deadline is August 2, 2023.
