Jyoti Structures Successfully Energises Key 400 kV Transmission Lines in Ahmedabad

Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL), a listed Engineering, Procurement and Construction company specialising in power transmission infrastructure, today announced the successful charging of critical sections of the 400 kV multi-circuit transmission network between Pirana and Ahmedabad, marking a significant milestone in the project execution.

The transmission line from Torrent Power Grid Limited (TPL), Pirana to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), Ahmedabad (CKT-1) was successfully charged at 17:15:45 hrs on February 19, 2026. Subsequently, the line from PGCIL, Pirana to PGCIL, Ahmedabad was energised at 19:20 hrs on the same day.

This achievement reflects the strong technical expertise, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination demonstrated by the project team. The successful energisation was accomplished after overcoming multiple operational and technical challenges, ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable commissioning of the infrastructure.
