DHL Express Signs MoU with Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC)
DHL Express has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) to enable the global shipping of Indian-crafted jewellery through its time-definite international (TDI) delivery service. As the first international logistics provider to partner with GJEPC, DHL aims to support local jewellery and gem artisans in expanding their reach and increasing revenue. GJEPC, the apex body of the gems and jewellery industry, operates under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.

The MoU is designed to streamline the customs clearance process for jewellery shipments, significantly reducing transit times, paperwork, and costs compared to traditional cargo shipping methods.
