UNITER introduces its latest development Model UHD-45 and unconventional construction machine solution

Gujarat-based UNITER ENGINEERING PRODUCTS is a leading manufacturer of paver finisher machines for the road construction projects. UNITER has business legacy of more than four decades started in the name of UNITER ENGINEERING PRODUCTS. Mr. Sanjay Sureliya, Managing Partner, in an exclusive interview with NBM&CW discusses his new developments and their capacity to provide unconventional construction machinery solutions.

Pioneer in Paver Finisher
UNITER is pioneer in manufacturing hydrostatic drive paver finisher with electronic sensor for slope and grade control for paving width of 7.5m, 5.5m, and 4.5m, suitable for laying bituminous, wet mix, GSB, DLC material. We also manufacture mechanical drive paver machines. We assure our customers that all our products are manufactured keeping high standard of quality, easy maintenance, and satisfactory performance.

New Developments

We have introduced a new paver model UHD-45 which is equipped with Hydrostatic drive for traction and Hydraulic drive for conveyor for paving width upto 4.5 meter suitable for wet mix as well as bituminous material. Benefits of using complete hydraulic system is increased in machine efficiency and reduced operating costs on multiple counts. Special care was taken for easy operation and servicing in the machine.

Machine for special projects
We also provide unconventional construction machinery solutions for road and other civil construction projects. Lastly, we had manufactured paver with parabolic screed for test track paving and power packs for holding paver and rolling equipment while working on slope for fast track paving.

We are the first in India to design, manufacture, and commission it indigenously that too in a reasonably short period. Performance was the prime objective of our entire project.

We put lots of efforts in designing, innovation and in-house research so that customers get quality products at competitive prices.

Sales & Service Network
We are also a leading provider of 'Total Life Cycle Value' to our customers by offering them sustainable products, genuine parts, field service and telephonic service of exceptional quality and unmatched reliability. Currently, we are catering post sales and services to our customers from our office & works in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). We have developed a team of service engineers trained by experts, groomed with production knowledge and on-field feedbacks. We are under the process of developing a support network, so that the customers can easily get the spares and service.

Future Prospects
We are optimistic towards the demand of construction equipment in coming years in view of infrastructure projects released by government of India under NHAI, PMGSY, smart cities, inter-state linking projects and many more. Under the positive impact of demonetization drive, the funding capacity of banks will rise as there is flow of liquidity in banking system which was suffering under the burden of NPAs.
