We have a very strong R&D team working for developing innovative and futuristic solutions and for making product improvisations. We use the latest software for timely completion of projects. We have automated Plasma Cutters, CNC Lathes, Bending, Shearing etc., which makes manufacturing process easier, resulting in more productivity and zero-defect machines.
Value engineering has resulted in maximum localization and optimization of the owning, operating and maintenance cost of our equipment, making our products very lucrative to customers. To increase productivity and efficiency in our Asphalt Plants, we have added features like multi-fuel modulating burners, reverse flow baghouse or wet scrubber assisting in minimizing pollution, SCADA-based controls for ease of operation, and we use components of reliable global companies like Siemens, Schneider, Festo, Rossi, Bonfiglioli and others. We are exporting our products to over 60 countries, including USA and Europe.
Customer relationship management is key to expand reach and retain customers.
We regularly reach out to customers through direct calls, advertisements, product promotions through print and electronic media, exhibitions, seminars, etc. Of late, e-commerce sites have also provided a platform to be close to customers. We have a few sales channel associates in India and overseas for taking care of customers in their respective territories.
We maintain a balanced man to machine ratio and have a very experienced customer support team. For a group of customers, we allocate a dedicated service person who takes care of their requirements from the time of commissioning till the entire shell life of their machines, and actively engages with their operation and maintenance team to provide preventive and periodic maintenance. We encourage our customers to stock fast moving spares, even though we can deliver spares to even remote locations within 24 to 48 hours.

After subdued demand for the last few years, the construction equipment picked up in 2017. With the all-out push by the central and state governments to upgrade and build new infrastructure, we see a very bright future and enhanced demands in the next fiscal and hope for 75% capacity utilization. We all know that India is an infra-deficit country and requires humongous amount of money. Around $7 trillion has been earmarked over the coming years to overcome this deficit. Going by the demand trend and financial indicators, we see a CAGR of around 15% y-o-y basis during the next 5 to 7 years.
