Could you tell us about your plans for business growth and expanding your product range?
We are aiming for a major presence in the growing road construction equipment market. To achieve this, we will be broadening our product portfolio. We have already started the production of pavers, which have significant demand potential. These pavers are being fitted with 100 hp engines, and we will assess their performance before launching full-scale commercial production.
In addition, we will be utilizing our new unit, located adjacent to our existing production facility in Visnagar, Mehsana District, Gujarat. This new unit will help increase production output for products like Kerb laying machines and Kerb cutting machines. We may also begin producing concrete batch mix plants and pavers here once we move to full-scale commercial production. Furthermore, we are currently supplying screeds for asphalt pavers to OEMs, meeting their specific requirements and quality standards, backed by our strong technical and production capabilities.
What improvements are you making to your machines to enhance their performance and durability?
We are continually making improvements to our machines, particularly the Kerb laying machines. For instance, we are enhancing the quality of the tracks, applying powder coating to improve the longevity of the machine surfaces, as these machines are exposed to harsh working conditions at project sites. We are also making modifications in the overall design, using stronger sheets to increase the durability of the machines. Additionally, we are incorporating towing arrangements to make it easier to shift the machines across job sites.
