Our aim is to keep upgrading and expanding our product line
We keep upgrading our product range to stay in tune with market trends, and we aim to be a total solutions provider to our customers. Currently, we manufacture 120 to 160 TPH asphalt batch mix plants, which are the most in demand capacity plants in India. We are also in the process of broadening our asphalt plant range for road projects with longer stretches.
To take on the growing demand for higher capacity plants from contractors involved in bigger projects, we are ramping up our facility at Sanand in Ahmedabad to increase manufacturing capacity by 300%; and from early 2018 we will start producing plants between 240-300 TPH there.
The new asphalt batch mix plant will be able to process RAP materials and will entirely be as per the standards of Cesan. Our existing plants can take 15-20% of RAP materials. We have refrained from offering fully RAP-enabled plants due to their higher initial costs. We will keep increasing the percentage of our plants in stages to take on RAP materials.
Our plants are designed for maximum efficiency and minimum operation cost
The plant can reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and improve efficiencies by reducing fuel consumption with its completely self-designed dryer, which operates in basic principle heat transfer to the aggregate. For each ton of asphalt, a minimum one litre of fuel can be saved. Further, based on modular design, the plants are easier to install and dismantle within 15-20 days.
We have been constantly upgrading and launching our products as per demand trends and customer requirements. Our R&D team works hard, not only to improve the productivity, efficiency and reliability of our existing machines, but also to introduce new products.
We’re expanding our dealer network
We give preventive, periodic maintenance instructions/services to customers, and in case of any problem, our service engineers are 24x7 on call support. As proximity to customers brings key benefits to businesses, we’re expanding our dealer network too.
By providing customers with quality, delivery, installation, instruction and after-sale services, we are setting high standards and applying advanced technology for growing our business.
We see demonetization, GST and emission norms as positive steps in the long term
No doubt, demonetization has impacted businesses for two-three months, but it recovers very fast and the first half of 2017 was quite good for us. Then post GST, sales again came down due to lack of understanding, registration process etc, which is now coming back to normal again.
With every passing year, we are penetrating the markets with our global standard technologies. Today, we are recognized as a reputed road construction equipment manufacturer in India. We have installed over 25 Asphalt Batch Mix Plants so far in various states of India, and in less than 30 months after manufacturing the first plant in 2014.
