We have started the production of drum and asphalt batch mix plants at our new facility in Kathwada, Ahmedabad.
We are now gearing up to cater to the demand for higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants with our entry in the 200-400 tph capacity. We are currently producing 40-150 tph drum mix plants and 80-160 tph asphalt batch mix plants. We will now start producing 200 to 250 tph plants, and based on market response (which I am sure will be encouraging, given our plants’ technologically competitive features), we will venture into higher capacity plants.

We are using our proprietary technology in our asphalt batch mix plants.
Our in-house proprietary technology will allow the plants to deliver the rated output and the right level of heating efficiency. Heating efficiency is obtained through our in-house designed modulating burners aligned with a bag house filter. The operation is backed by PLC-based Scada systems. This does away with the moisture present in the aggregates while maintaining the right air to fuel ratio.

For our plants to deliver the rated output, we have designed the mixing and the allied process through overrating the plants. This enables the base plant to deliver 15% more throughput. The plants are also structurally very stable. We are now making our plants RAP-enabled and will promote them in the domestic and as well as the export markets.


We are investing in advanced production technologies and backward integration.
We are getting a positive response for our plants, but the higher cost of raw materials has made it challenging for us to make pricing of the plants economical. To hedge the high price of raw materials, we are investing in advanced technologies for production and are working towards backward integration.

We are an ISO 900:2015 certified company with an in-house testing lab equipped with a sophisticated testing equipment for testing product quality and reliability under the supervision of proficient engineers. This ensures the manufacture of products that guarantee consistent performance.

We are providing installation, maintenance, and training support.
We are presently marketing and servicing our plants through our own channels, and are in the process of appointing dealers to supplement our marketing and servicing. To streamline our parts delivery, we will be setting up an ERP based system so that customers can directly order parts online.
