We will undertake extensive R&D to come up with high performing and cost-efficient machines.
With the initial cost of equipment going up due to the increase in price of raw materials and components, our objective now is to deliver a lower cost of operations to our customers. To achieve this, we will integrate newer technologies in our equipment and will undertake extensive R&D to come up with high performing and cost-efficient machines.
Asphalt batch mix, drum mix, bitumen pressure distributor manufacturer AshitechEquipments, will look to broaden its business presence through undertaking advancements in research and development to derive higher levels of performance of its equipments while reducing operating costs.
We will now make batch mix plants which will be almost 15% more fuel efficient compared to other brands.
We have developed advanced drum designs and burners that can maintain the appropriate air to fuel ratio for heating of the aggregates. For the drum mix plants, we will use new metallurgy and improve the drum flight pattern. We will source premium components from manufacturers of global repute. We are confident that the improvisations in our machines will yield 10-12% higher productivity. We are also strengthening our after sales and support to ensure higher availability of our equipment.
We will start manufacturing higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants soon and look at expanding our export markets.
We manufacture batch mix plants in the capacity range of 80-100-120-160-180-200-240 ton/hr, and other products at our Dediyasan facility in Mehsana in Gujarat. We have recently acquired a new manufacturing facility because the Dediyasan factory that makes 75 drum mix plants, 25-30 batch mix plants, 125 bitumen sprayers, and 150 broomers per annum, is now fully utilized.
We are working on a strategy to tap more export markets, following our success in the Bangladesh market from where we got an order for truck mounted bitumen pressure distributors, which was awarded by the Roads & Highway Department of Bangladesh. The bitumen pressure distributors are being supplied in fully built-up condition with trucks outsourced from Ashok Leyland. We are now looking to export our bitumen pressure distributors in Nepal, Bhutan, and in some African markets from where we are getting enquiries for our products.

Rising cost of raw materials and extended payments cycles of project contractors, are a concern in the industry.
We have a huge backlog of orders which we are currently completing. The rising cost of raw materials and delayed payment from the main project contractors, delays the final offtake of our equipment by the sub-contractors.
Ashitech Equipments is keen to expand its footprint to the the southern states of India.
Excon would surely provide us with a great platform to promote our products.
