Our new IoT-based AUTOFLAME Burner Controllers are set to make the mark in the world of combustion systems in the Asphalt plant Industry, adaptable to as many as 40 fuel configurations.
Vinesh Bhatia, Group President & Partner

Burner India will be providing the next generation Burner Controllers Burner in technical support from AUTOFLAME, UK; likely to be seen at Excon.
With our new ‘Auto Flame Controller based burners’ we aim to provide greater operational flexibility in our asphalt batch mix plants through utilization of a wide variety of fuel, at the same time fulfilling the responsibility towards our environment.

These new burner controllers are IoT based; they can be set to make the combustion system of the plant adaptable to as many as 40 fuel configurations. A unique feature is its PLC based unit, from which data can be taken and analyzed and restored any time, anywhere so as to further fine tune the plant’s operations and attain the right level of combustion, maintaining the right air to fuel ratio, for the existing fuel.

The AUTOFLAME controller-based burner are already catering the globe with its rich experience and exposure in various industries. It has received a positive response from the asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers of India, even while undergoing tests and trials. It is likely to be exhibited at Excon.

Burner India is already delivering burners which are advanced and having electronic/mechanical modulation. We are a CE/ISO certified company with over 20000 installations across the globe.

Burner India

Our burners are advanced, electronic, and mechanically regulated.
Our electronic and mechanically regulated burner ensures good performance with efficient combustion for optimum burning of fuels like FO / LDO / HSD / Bio-Diesel / LPG / PNG / Biogas for aggregates, which are designed at the right levels of air to fuel ratio which is crucial for overall performance of the asphalt batch mix plant; an incorrect ratio can choke the bag house filters of the plant, which will reduce drum life and resultantly minimize performance of the plant.

This new range delivers a higher level of heat and better performance, more fuel efficiency, lesser emissions, and has a reduced carbon footprint. The ‘Step-Less Modulation System technology of Siemens/Honeywell/Linear/Autoflame is integrated in this range. The PLCs provided sense, regulates and maintain the level of O2,CO, CO2, NoX, Sox in the system, which auto tunes the level of oxygen to administer the desired level of heating of the aggregates.

We are involved in both offline and online R&D at sites given our focus on quality and efficient performance.
Our continuous involvement in both offline and online R&D at sites results in high efficiency, low maintenance, and long product cycle. We have a strong market presence and are competitively strong as we are positioned as a total solution provider in the field of Pressure Jet Oil Burners, Blowers and Thermic Fluid Heaters of all capacities for use in road construction, rolling mills, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

We are supplying our Burners, Blowers, Thermic Fluid Heating system as well as spare parts services to many European companies.
