Modifications, customization, and re-engineering are driving sales of our paver machines.
Our product modifications and re-engineering are strategies to counter business competition in the growing pavers market where we aim to drive sales with our custom engineered pavers, PTRs, road wideners, and tandem rollers for speed track and other projects. Our pavers are giving best results in paving BBM material along with bituminous and wet mix laying.We have developed models specially designed for oval shaped fast track paving and compacting.
Uniter Paver model VP05D, Tandem roller model UT45 and PTR model UNTR7 are specially designed for oval shaped fast track paving and compacting which includes straight section, parabolic section in a semi-circular shape and transit portion between straight and parabolic section. Our paver can adjust and pave a straight surface, followed by paving on the transit portion, where it automatically adjusts its screed as per the required profile and level at respective chainage. As the paver adjusts its screed, the tandem roller and PTR can adjust its drum and wheel as per the profile to give a smooth and precise curve as per the requirement at the respective chainage.
Uniter Road Widener Model URW5 is designed for laying murram, wetmix, aggregate etc on the sides of main roads.
The dumper dumps the material in the hopper of the widener machine, and the machine drops the material on the side of the road. A blade in the machine can be moved up-down, tilted and its width can be adjusted as per the required width from 2 ft to 6 ft. The blade takes the excess material with it to leave a leveled surface. We have designed this machine as per the requirement of our Indian customers. It is performing well with different materials and can be used for widening of existing roads and for shoulders.Our manufacturing unit and head office is in Ahmedabad, and our spares parts shop is in Sangli district of Maharashtra. We are in the process of opening more shops in different regions to provide greater availability of spare parts.
