We provide comprehensive solutions to our new as well as existing customers to achieve higher level of profitability. Our value additions include retrofitting of plants to improve their performance.
We specialize in PROjaw crushers, PROcone crushers, Vibratory screens and Grizzlies, Air Classifiers and PROMO Mobile series crushing plants. Our equipment is rugged, versatile, and produces the desired quality, shape, and tonnage.
Our REMco Vertical Shaft Grinders (VSG) along with a special screen can produce fine grade plaster or concrete sand and our Dry Mix Mortar plant turnkey solutions are seeing a lot of demand.
Our American partners include REMco and Aggregates Equipment Inc. for vertical shaft grinders and washing equipment, respectively. Spanish giants like GARBRACCO INGENIRIA and SOTECMA support us with our sand washing and dry mix mortar plants.
Tackling challenges
Apart from the crushers and the process involved in it, one has to have control on the upstream operations like Mining, Drilling and Blasting. When these are planned together we can achieve the lowest cost per ton of the final crushed product. The challenging factor to many quarry owners is to obtain the right quality of the aggregates at the right price and this can only be achieved by having a total control on the equipment, process, aftersales and spares. Keeping this in mind, PROMAN was formed.
Another challenge is the rising cost of raw materials like steel and cement. To keep up with the high expectations of our customers, we keep coming up with innovative solutions for crushing, screening and washing at the lowest cost per ton.
