This year your company will celebrate its Silver Jubilee. Looking back, how you will evaluate your performance in terms of raising the technological status of the company in the domain of specialized wood products and services to the construction industry?
The good thing for us is that we are stuck to our Core Business and we established ourselves in 1985 and since then we have moved up the value chain by introducing different Products and Services and acquired impressive Clients. We have also pioneered the success of introducing Low Cost Business model in our Industry through which we pass on the benefits to our clients.
Our manufacturing plant always adopts the latest technological changes to improve the productivity levels. We have also achieved great success in improving the perfor- mance so as to match the growing demand of H-Beam in construction.
We have been steadily investing a large sum in our R&D, to maintain the growth momentum.

Nav Nirman Beam Technics has its manufacturing plant located in Hyderabad. We have a dedicated R&D team that continuously integrates the advanced technological changes and modifications to match the International Standards.
The company has state-of-the-art-infrastructure facility equipped with modern technologies so as to provide quality products to its esteemed clients. Our in-house R&D unit and a manufacturing unit ensure that the products are made in compliance with international standards. The company has its own Quality control team that looks after the Quality aspect by inspecting the material at every stage of the Production and ensures that the best Quality product reaches to its Clients.

H-Beam is a unique introduction to over come the cumbersome and costly procurement of timber. H-Beam is designed to withstand various loads during construction of various activities.
With contractors having less time to complete the project, a need for formwork systems and H-Beams that are relatively easy to establish and dismantle was felt. So many Construction companies felt the need of the modern formwork system.
To reduce the investment cost, many construction companies’ engineer preferred to go separate way by purchasing Timber H-Beams from one supplier and formwork items from others. In India, there are lots of supplier of formwork items but when it comes to Timber H-Beam there are very few, as there is a need of a proper technical expert in the field of wood.
Nav Nirman Beam Technics with its experience in wood over three decades is the largest supplier of Timber H-Beams in India. Its technical attributes are the members of H-Beam are made up of Densified Ply making the web and flange sections are made up of Pinewood imported from Europe, which makes Timber H Beam stronger and durable.
The flange and web are hot processed by wedge technology that makes a versatile section by which the whole member gives us strong, durable and higher load carrying capacity in various areas of construction Industry.
It is used for the construction of Residential and, commercial projects, Industrial projects, water resources engineering, Roads and Bridges, Stadium and sports building construction.
H-Beams are the primary choice of any Engineer in the formwork activity due to many reasons.
One of the reasons being that the Investment cost on H-Beam is less than Aluminium Beam and also there are cases of Aluminium Beam getting stolen on the site.

A word about your Wood Consultancy project. What types of consultancy services provided to the construction industry under this programme, including training and condition assessments of wood products?
With decades of rich experience, we started Project Wood Consultancy (PWC) for the first time in India. We provide consultancy services for the construction industry and other involved about the use of wood products.
We undertake the work for Supply & Fixing of Door Frame, Doors, Window frames along the polishing job as per the Client requirement and selection. With a dedicated team, we offer complete solutions to the company in wood procurement in giving final shape.
We have so far executed a number of Projects of Larsen & Toubro in this field.
We provide full-fledged consultancy to get the best wood from any part of India and we will provide skilled carpentry force Mistry and Helpers for making and fixing of doors/windows/frames and shutters as per the drawings. We also undertake condition assessments of wood products to determine performance, fitness of purpose or cause of failure.
We are experts in procuring the best wood / Flush Doors / Masonite Doors / All types of Panelled Doors / Hardware Accessories on behalf of the client from any corner of India at nominal consultancy charges.
How do you foresee the growth of your company in the next five years with country’s focus on infrastructure development where construction and real estate industry would play a pivotal role?
India is the second largest growing economy in the world. Construction sector contributes a significant amount in the overall GDP of the nation. The Government of India has earmarked on a massive investment in Infrastructure development in the coming five years. Construction is the second biggest activity undertaken by the Government of India.
We would like to export this opportunity by introducing some more products in our portfolio, which in turn apart from adding value to our products will also benefits our clients and organization.
We are also in the process of improving the productivity so as to meet the global demand.
Our R&D team is already working on some of the projects, and we would be happy to announce it once it is finalized.
