What is your view on the growth of the construction equipment industry in wake of the government’s focus on infrastructure development?
There was a positive feeling that the Construction Equipment and the Infrastructure industry will see good demand. However, due to demonetisation, there may be a decrease in demand for the rest of this financial year. However, the next financial year will be good if the government pumps in more resources into the infrastructure project.
Is the CE sector geared to usher in GST from April 2017? How do you see its impact on the industry?
GST will simplify things for us. Taxes will be regulated and we will have a level playing field across India.
Our USP is to provide innovative solutions with our collaborations in technology from world-class crushing and screening equipment manufacturers.
With all the projects that we have executed in India and abroad, customers have understood our capability, and we are very encouraged looking at the way we have earned a place as a leading crushing and screening equipment provider in India.
Strong after-sales services and spare parts availability are key selling points. How is your company strengthening its position in these areas?
In each sale at PROMAN, after-sales service is the key. Our team of highly experienced engineers provides prompt and efficient after-sales service. Our service engineers are well-trained on the application side thereby providing total crushing solutions to our customers. Our growth in the market is based on our capability to ensure top-class after-sales commitment wherever we plan to expand. We have nationwide presence in after-sales service.
What will be the company’s focus during its participation at bauma Conexpo India 2016?
We are showcasing our Cone Crusher, new series VSI 1530 and also our Prosizers screen for fine screening. With this, we plan to launch our machines in the North Indian market for producing high quality aggregates and manufactured sand.
PROMAN manufactures crushers which produce manufactured sand and aggregates. Manufactured sand which is produced by crushing aggregates has tremendous demand. Our focus is towards major accounts in the mineral and contractor segment, Sand plants, Road and Dam contractors in India and neighbouring countries, and also Mines & Mineral Processing Industries.
