The company was incorporated in the year 2011 by a group of experienced professionals from the field of design and construction with a motive to provide green and fast track construction technology across India covering all types of building solutions. MGI Infra provides a revolutionary sustainable building solution that is 100% environment-friendly and reduces construction time considerably.
We offer unparalleled design flexibility and a wide range of cladding, roofing and glazing options. This means that the steel framed building will look no different from a brick and mortar structure. MGI Infra provides the ease of dealing with simply one company by reducing the burden and extra wasted bandwidth required in the traditional building styles otherwise.
What are the important solutions and services being provided by your group?
MGI Infra offers innovative off-site solutions that deliver buildings on time, on budget and in up to half the time of site-based construction, so the client can benefit from a faster return on investment. Applications of the modular building system or LSF are diverse, ranging from commercial projects and residential complexes to hospitals and hotels. We have an in-house team of experienced engineers and architects to design and construct the LSF structures with all civil, electrical & air-conditioning, mechanical and plumbing facilities.

MGI Infra has delivered various projects, be it a 400-bedded hospital in Chennai or Thai Villas in Surat; from G+13 residential building in Jammu to Polytechnics and ITIs in Uttarakhand and MP. The company undertakes projects in Private and Government sector on a turnkey basis from design & engineering to fabrication and erection of steel structure and finally finishing with state of the art interior work.
How do you look at the current building construction business in the country and your group's expansion plans in the next 2-3 years?

As enumerated above MGI Infra is a national company taking up projects all over India. The company is working in both the Private and Public sector in all genres of building solutions. We are also getting enquiries from abroad and plan to go international soon.
Would you like to elaborate on your skill/manpower development initiatives, which enable you to deliver quality assured end products and services on time and within the budget adhering to international engineering standards?
We have a dedicated design and engineering team trained on the LSF technology following all relevant Indian and International building codes to provide the best and optimum design solution for the projects. We have a 100-plus team of experienced site supervisors, engineers and foremen delivering quality and timely completion of projects. Apart from our own manpower team, we also train contractors and channel partners for taking up large-scale jobs at multiple locations.
Our state-of-the-art factory, with automatic roll forming machines, provides us superior quality and precise fabricated material that helps in faster construction.
An excellent in-house PMC, just in time MIS and a strong finance and procurement department helps in keeping constant control over the projects enabling us to deliver a standard final product on time and within the budget.

- Factory produced buildings are manufactured to very tight tolerances. They have a superior strength-to-weight ratio. LSF structures can be engineered to withstand extreme loads such as 240km/h (150 mph) winds, zone IV seismic forces under the International Building Code and 1m (3 feet) of snow loading.
- Steel is 100% recyclable hence does not contribute to depletion of natural resources or degradation of environment.
- Up to 68% less energy is required to erect a modular building as compared to a traditionally built structure. The insulation used in the walls, roof and floor is made of ozone-friendly materials that have minimum impact on the environment.
- Furthermore, there are up to 90% fewer vehicle movements to and from the site, which means less environmental pollution. Noise and dust levels on the site are also minimized.
- Compared with conventional brickwork, our insulated walls conduct 90% less heat, making the buildings easier to heat or cool with significantly less use of energy.
- Steel is recognized as an allergen-free, mould-free and toxin-free material.
- To further the green building concept, we have collaborations with companies providing solar panels for the rooftops.
