With the rising demand for construction equipment in India, how is Macons adapting its operations to meet the requirement?

We are fully engaged and aligned with India’s infrastructure development goals like Make in India and Viksit Bharat 2047. We are one of the key suppliers of equipment to NHAI, MoHUA, and to both rural and private infrastructure projects.

As a specialist in concrete making equipment, we are using the latest technologies, machineries, and manufacturing processes at our state-of-the-art 40000+ sq.yd facility in Ahmedabad. We have a highly skilled and experienced team that ensures quality products within the stipulated timeframes. Our machines are equipped with IoT-based Control Panels, SCADA systems which give accurate and anytime available data of equipment performance as well as monitoring.

Could you discuss some of your innovative concrete equipment and machinery? What sets them apart from others in the market?

At the forefront of innovation in the Indian market, we have introduced a range of cutting-edge concrete equipment and machinery. Our diverse product portfolio includes advanced batching plants, mobile batching plants, and specialized machines tailored to specific applications. What sets our equipment apart is the meticulous engineering that ensures they meet the highest industry standards. For example, our batching plants are renowned for their reliable performance, consistently delivering the promised output and exceptional productivity.

In addition, we offer high-performance machinery for kerbing, block and brick making, and pipe production, all designed with a focus on maximizing efficiency and output. These innovations help our customers achieve superior results, enhanced reliability, and increased productivity.

What is your perspective on the market for recycling technologies in India?

We follow all the environmental regulations and standards at our facility with smart manufacturing technologies and processes. Our wide range of products are environmentally friendly as we use electric motors and follow emission norms as per government standards.

With the Government's aim of Viksit Bharat 2047, recycling technology is going to be one of the key requirements of the future. Looking at the upcoming demand, we have partnered with KOMPLET Italy, a renowned recycling industry manufacturer of a wide range of Crushers, Screeners, Conveyors, and Shredders.

Are there any upcoming developments, new products, or verticals that customers can expect from the company in the coming years?

Yes, we do have a lot of new products on our design board. We have recently launched machines for making pipes and blocks, and we will be announcing more launches soon. We are also strengthening our front-line (Sales, Service, Parts & Network) and our manufacturing capabilities with newer technologies and processes. Our aim is to give the best-in-class experience to our customers with our products, pre- and post-sales initiatives.

We have a dedicated team of highly skilled service engineers across India and a central support center based at our HO in Ahmedabad. The team is always ready to provide after-sales support to our customers. We are also expanding our dealer network to ensure faster reach to our customers to give prompt service.

What strategies have you employed to expand your global reach, and what has been the key to your success in foreign markets?

Macons has expanded beyond India, and our products are being used in many international markets. The key to success within and outside India is our equipment quality and high productivity, backed by prompt support to customers. We believe that we are not only a manufacturer and seller but also the custodian of our products, which each of our team members practices from the day of inception. Looking at the demand from international markets, we are aiming to increase our dealer network in international markets as well.
