Liugong India: Electric Tracked Excavator, Wheel Loader & Reach Stacker
Liugong India exhibited its electric operated 922 FE, 22-ton tracked excavator, 3.5-ton wheel loader, and battery-operated reach stacker.
Liugong’s 922 FE 22-ton electric excavator comes with 1.0 cum HD/1.25 cum general purpose bucket for use in the infrastructure and quarry sectors. The excavator can be used to work in stockpiles for arranging the processed aggregates stocks and to do the heaping job, and for loading the manufactured sand into the rigid dump trucks.

The excavator has an IPMSM motor, LFP Battery with rated storage capacity of 423 KW that delivers a rated power of 140 HP Liugong's 820 TE battery-operated wheel loaders for the Indian market has a 2-ton payload capacity, LFP battery with a storage capacity of 70.5 kWh, and can work for 5-7 hours at a stretch. It has a 1.2 cum bucket and a peak power of 50 kw drive motor, and can work in ambient temperatures of -35 to 85 degrees centigrade. It features a transmission from Liugong with a countershaft power shift, a maximum travel speed of 19km/hr, an AC cabin, and Liugong’s I-Link telematics. The machine is offered with a quick release coupler, gripper, and forks as optional.
The company's battery-powered wheel loader, the 856 HE E-MAX of 5.8-tons payload capacity, is powered by a lithium iron phosphate battery and has a rated storage capacity of 350 kWh. It comes with a 3.5 cum standard bucket.

Our portable 4100 motor grader is designed for PMGSY road construction. We will start production of our 10-13-ton excavators at our upcoming facility in Pithampur, where we will also produce excavator of 7-8-9-tons and mini excavators of 2 to 5.2 tons, which will be commercially launched during 2025. We will also use the new facility for producing our electric excavators and forklifts.” Liugong has a fair presence in the mining sector with its 40-65-75-ton excavators that are imported from its parent facility in China.
