Liftwell Hydraulics displayed its extensive range of hydraulic cylinders for construction, mining, agriculture, engineering, waste management, and specialized industrial applications. “Our products are not directly customer-facing, they work inside the machine, yet they play a critical role in performance and reliability,” said Suresh Vekariya, Managing Director.

The company offers a full range of construction and road paver hydraulic cylinders which include cylinders for mining dump trucks, garbage compactors, engineering machinery, agricultural machines, tractor trailers, loaders, dozers, drill rigs, and custom-built applications.

Liftwell’s manufacturing capability includes tube bores from 25–400 mm, rod diameters from 16–200 mm, strokes up to 6000 mm, and working pressures up to 450 bar, with higher pressures available for special requirements. The company manufactures double/single-acting, telescopic, tie-rod, through-rod, and cushion cylinders with a complete range of mountings, backed by 100% inspection and testing.

Liftwell’s cylinders are extensively used across construction equipment, car carriers, road sweepers, concrete mixers, and various industrial machines. “We don’t cater to just one segment, the demand comes from a very wide spectrum. Since hydraulic cylinders are highly customised products, our innovation lies in continuously upgrading our plant and adopting new technologies to meet customer needs,” added Vekariya.

The company also supplies indirectly to major OEMs like JCB, Tata Hitachi, and Caterpillar through their component vendors. While hydraulic components themselves remain largely application-driven, automation in construction machinery has boosted demand. “Wherever automation is required, our products become essential. As automation grows, our business naturally grows with it,” said Vekariya.

The company’s display also highlighted its long-standing Radhika brand of lubricants, which is supplied through an established dealer network across India. “It’s a very old brand, and we continue to expand its reach,” he said.

Liftwell’s manufacturing facility is located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Around 30% of its business comes from exports to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, Ireland, and other markets.

Looking ahead, Vekariya is upbeat about market prospects. “The outlook for 2026 is excellent. Tremendous work is happening across infrastructure construction sector. Demand is high globally as well. For us, the market is very positive. Our growth is steady and consistent, this year too we expect around 10% growth.”
