Keestrack Promising Performance
Keestrack has announced its entry in India with the setting up of its subsidiary Etrack Crushers. Welcome to India's $500 million market for crushing and screening, and where 6-7 organized and 25-30 unorganized players compete intensively. What are your plans for the Indian market?
Keestrack's subsidiary Etrack Crushers Private Limited will operate from Gurugram, Haryana. Keestrack's plan for the Indian market is comprehensive and encompasses sales, service and manufacturing of its range of bespoke electric mobile crushing and screening solutions, which are designed to operate at the lowest possible costs. In 2012, Keestrack had introduced the full hybrid C6 classifier, which made it possible to operate a mobile screener in full electric mode. Keestrack has since then extended the fully electric concept into á vast range of its mobile crushers and screens and is an expert in this technology.
We do not believe in a half-hearted approach and our focus will be on offering products which will have very low carbon footprint and will be primarily mobility driven by electric power.
Which products will Etrack introduce in India and their application areas?
Etrack is introducing both crushers and screeners, which are well suited for both the mining and the construction industry. The idea is to provide high quality end-products at the lowest cost per ton. The equipment has the capability to operate in remote locations through diesel-electric drives and also at locations with electric infrastructure through built plug-in systems. So, mobility will not be compromised in either of the scenarios.
What are the engineering attributes of your plants in regard to their per ton cost, productivity & operational efficiency?
"Performance in every detail" is our motto, and hence, the above three are the buzzwords in our range of high precision heavy equipment. The equipment has easy accessibility to maintenance, advanced operational features, adaptability to highly dusty environments, and optional tracking and real-time monitoring systems, which is a first in mobile crushing and screening plants.
Advanced load sensing hydraulics and completely electric drives make them highly energy-efficient. Patented Non Stop system with auto release system and automated adjustment to wear in the jaw crushers, compact with unrivalled crusher geometry in impactors, full hybrid drive with 3 deck screen and take-off engine/generator compartment to protect it from the hostile environment of dust and vibrations in cones, hybrid drive with standard heavy-duty plate apron feeder in scalpers, standard auto sequential start and interchangeable screen meshes on all decks in screeners, are some of the highlights of the Keestrack equipment.
Low emission processing is another major attribute in our equipment. We believe this environment-friendliness coupled with a robust and long-lasting equipment build quality, will go a long way in fetching higher resale value for our clients.
Will Keestrack offer customized solutions based on clients' requirements viz geography, feed material, and so on?
Keestrack has a range of mobile crushers and screeners that can combine to evolve a wide variety of options to set up the most effective production train of machines for each individual customer. Features such as full-sized three deck screens on-board, and cones that reduce the number of chassis/drive system in a typical two stage aggregate plant to two from three, not only reduce maintenance requirements but also bring down the area required for installation. Additionally, the hybrid drive systems offer bigger savings as some equipment can be plugged into the other machine and the crushers offer plug out to run accessories.
How does Keestrack address skill development, preventive & periodic maintenance, and building strong customer relations so as to run its plants on the rated capacity?
Keestrack understands that our customers have different service needs, and therefore, we focus on tailor-made service packages that can cover inspection and trouble-shooting to maintenance contracts. Our service promise includes technical and customized support at best possible response times. We also offer remote analytics on fuel, oils/filters and other parameters to supplement the service that we offer. Remote monitoring helps in scheduling maintenance. Training of maintenance personnel is an inherent component of our service.
Please elaborate on the remote monitoring & diagnostic systems in your machines.
Keestrack-er is an innovative product, available as an option on the company's mobile crushers and screens. It is a unique satellite-based telemonitoring system that documents all the key performance data of the machines in real-time, alerts the operator on any malfunction, collects all data and offers a reporting function. For instance, the complete production data can be viewed if a belt-scale is installed.
Real-time performance values (engine/drive speeds, hydraulic pressures, crusher settings, etc), stored data and the machine's accurate position are transmitted via GSM network and the local GSM provider's internet access to the central Keestrack server. The Keestrack-er thus supports in maintenance planning and can protect the equipment from theft through geo-fencing.
