We are broadening our product portfolio to cater to the emerging application needs of the concreting industry, with new products like concrete reclaimers and concrete bucket attachments, along with solutions for aggregate and concrete slurry reuse. Our new concrete reclaimer arrests the concrete being transferred from transit mixers and slurry washing solutions.
Our new line of products will have more competitive features to meet the various construction application needs of the concreting industry. We are also considering enhancing our manufacturing capacity to meet rising demand from the OEMs.
There is an increasing demand for higher output in the RMC industry.
Our R&D team has over 25 years of experience in designing and manufacturing equipment. Given our expertise in providing solutions for process-based industries like cement, we will introduce new solutions for the RMC and concreting industry to make operations more profitable along with plant optimization to increase output. In fact, we are going for mass production so that we can optimize our production capacity, while keeping operating margins stable.
Our concreting surface preparation products are cost competitive due to their lower operating costs, and all our products are factory tested for performance and operational reliability. We have developed the Dynemix Ride on Type Compaction Roller as a replacement for the Walk Behind Roller. Our new Dynemix Automatic Bag Slitting Machine increases the rate of transferring cement from bags to the silos.
We are also partnering with OEMs to produce attachments like the slope compactors, as per their quality specifications. Currently, we are producing dust collectors, slope compactors, work behind rollers, ride on roller, plate compactors, concrete placers, etc.
We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and commissioning of turnkey projects for industries like construction, chemical, power, and engineering etc.
We are selling our products through our own channels and are providing the required services and support to the end-users within 24 hours, across India. The hydraulics in our equipment is sourced from well-established brands, and the parts that we use are universally available and replaceable from any source. Our aim is to supply our machines with no-service claims. Our investment in R&D, our deep technical knowledge and our wealth of experience bring to our clients the most efficient equipment available in the market today. We handle supply as well as pre- and aftersales services from concept screening to final commissioning. We are also keen to tap the rental business with our walk behind rollers, plate compactors, etc.
