Safari Self Loading Concrete Mixers are powerful concrete mixers reducing labour and time by manifold on construction sites.
A single operator can weigh and load the exact required amount of cement, sand and aggregates from different locations, and mix the concrete while in transit to the site. The work is done within little time and by a single operator. The main features of the machine include Four Wheel Drive, Reliable, High Performance Concrete Mixing, Compact Design, and Fully Automatic Operation.
Safari is now moving towards providing IE3 motors with its machines.
Safari has since the last few years has started developing machines which are environment friendly and more fuel efficient. Diesel engines are specifically designed for concrete mixing since generic diesel engines are designed for various workloads and are not very efficient. Safari has stopped using IE1 electric motors since a few years, and is now moving towards providing IE3 motors with its machines.
We have also launched mini variants of large machines for meeting small workload requirements, hence consuming less resources. At the last Excon we had launched Safari Bar Bending machines and this year we are launching a mini variant of bar bending for meeting a specific requirement of Ring Making. This is smaller and lighter than the previous machine and hence consumes fewer resources; 90% of customer needs are met with this variant.

Our customers are always assured their equipment will be serviced, re-engineered, if required, to get good returns on their investments. We have always believed that customer service is the best marketing effort for a company and have set up a dedicated after-sales service team across India. For our dealers, we have adopted a ‘train a trainer’ approach, which cascades into the market such that the technical knowledge is spread across various teams and benefits the customers.
The Indian CE market is going to see unprecedented growth.
We believe that the Indian construction equipment market is going to see unprecedented growth and we are very optimistic about that. There was a huge influx of substandard/cheap goods in the market and Indian customers have rejected them. Only quality and customer conscious manufacturers will sustain in this market. Indian customers know what they want; they are technically sound; and have years of experience to demand exactly what they need.
