Our Franna pick and carry cranes live up to their name with their strength, easy operation, and safety features.
The USP of the Franna brand is its safety, strength to pick up heavy loads, and the articulated steering flexibility to move in tight spaces, and their high road speeds get them to jobsites quickly.
The newly launched FR 17 is a very compact pick and carry mobile crane, especially designed for the Indian market for higher lifting capacity applications of 17 tons. It has a large torque converter and there is no clutch pedal. This reduces driver fatigue while working for long hours. The crane combines safety and comfort with smooth steering flexibility, providing the operator with the ability to lift and manoeuvre in tight spaces.
The heavy-duty U section fabricated boom with welding on the neutral axis offers superior durability and strength for lifting heavy loads.

Powerscreen will be showcasing the brand-new hybrid powered machines PT410E and MT1010E at Excon 2021.
The Powerscreen Hybrid option gives customers an alternative energy source, letting them choose which fuel to use depending on cost, location, and availability. This option will be of special interest for customers in areas where electricity is more cost-effective than diesel, or sites where electricity is the preferred energy source.
Powerscreen Hybrid machines are fitted with an additional electric/hydraulic drive system which can be connected to an external electricity supply once the machine has been set up onsite, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs.
Finlay 883+ Hybrid Screener can process at a rate of up to 600 tons per hour.
The high-performance Finlay® 883+ Hybrid Screen Machine is designed to work after a primary crusher or on its own as a front line tracked mobile screening machine. The plant has the capacity to process at a rate of up to 600 tonnes per hour and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher, shovel, or an excavator.
The machine is fitted with a hybrid powerpack that is based on an electric/hydraulic drive system that enables operators to connect the machine to a secondary electrical supply on site to provide even greater flexibility and energy efficiency, ultimately resulting in significant fuel savings.

Terex MPS VSI 2050 features a new patent pending hydraulically controlled dual flow system.
The new Terex MPS VSI 2050 is a high capacity tracked Rock on Rock (ROR) vertical shaft impactor. The high velocity rock on rock crushing process produces a superior high specification product in quarrying and mineral processing industries with excellent overall plant throughput capacity. It is an impressive machine built around the field proven Canica V-2050 chamber that features a new patent pending hydraulically controlled dual flow system. The Dual Flow system helps elevate the crusher’s throughput capacity without increasing the overall drive power.
The heart of the VSI is the 6-port heavy duty closed rotor especially suited to more abrasive applications and minimizes wear costs. This impressive VSI is ideal for applications that demand the best product shape and quality, with a throughput capacity that can only be admired.

Terex FM200 Direct Feed model and DC100 deep cone thickener give optimum performance.
The FM200 Direct Feed is a 150tph direct feed model under our Terex Washing Systems brand. It is a compact sand plant that allows economical washing and sand processing to happen on a very small footprint. Suitable for pre-screened material with minimum oversize and is especially suited to dust washing applications. This compact sand plant works on the principle that a dry pre-screened feed is delivered to the wash box equipped with a high-pressure spray bar to pre-soak the feed before being delivered to the screen. It has been introduced for applications where the percentage of over size in the feed material is minimum.
Terex deep cone thickeners are designed and constructed to give optimum performance and reliability in even the toughest applications. The deep cone provides a smaller footprint than a rake style thickener saving space on site. The thickened sludge underflow can reach solids content of over 50%. With no moving parts there is minimal servicing requirement.
We will be launching Evoquip Compact Solutions this year.
We will also be launching a smaller range of crushing machines such as jaw crushers and impact crushers under our EvoQuip brand, in the 60, 70 and 80 ton/hour capacity, which can be transported on a small truck or trailer. These machines are being developed to cater to projects in the North-East and Himalayan regions, as well as C&D crushing close to cities.
Our aim is to offer an entire range of machines in various capacities from small, mid to high, which will be made in India to cater to road and mining sectors. They will be introduced in the market at competitive rates along with assured timely delivery.
Through extensive product innovation, we have grown multi-fold in the last 12 years, starting from four models in 2009 to more than 60 models in 2021, covering various brands.
We have added new products to our portfolio and developed new variants, even during these challenging times. Our newly launched Made in India Pick and Carry cranes at our Hosur facility are for the domestic market initially, and in a few years, we will start exporting them to select markets across the world.
We introduced the latest industry 4.0 standards such as Telemetry across our equipment. Telemetry will provide customers with real time information on the performance of their Terex machines. We will soon begin development of state-of-the-art large capacity machines, which will further increase our capability to cater to the ever-growing demand for aggregates, and will also export them.
From an environmental perspective, we are excited to work with the Indian Government and various municipal corporations on waste management projects. We strongly believe that we can offer our expertise in recycling processes to make a real and lasting impact. We strive to provide sustainable solutions that aim to reduce the carbon footprint and our recently launched machines with fuel-efficient hybrid dual-powered technology will do just that.
We have a large team of design engineers based at our factory at Hosur and in our Global R&D center in Bangalore; they are constantly working on new models suited for the Indian conditions and as per the local requirements. We also transfer the existing products from our UK and USA factories and launch them in India. A lot of the products manufactured at the Hosur plant are being exported globally. We not only modify our machines for the Indian conditions, but also fully design them for India.
India is witnessing rapid urbanization and so is the crushing & screening industry, fuelling demand for faster and smarter construction - a major driver for customers to move towards mobility.
Digitization and automation have a significant impact on construction projects. The demand for machines that are cost-effective, with policies for lower emissions is compelling construction equipment manufacturers to opt for electric and hybrid vehicles over the traditional ones. Customers are cost-sensitive, but they are willing to pay for features which bring efficiency in costs and quality. Our Hybrid technology and Telematics are the perfect examples for this.
The Infra sector is one of the largest employers of skilled and non-skilled manpower, and it will continue to grow. In the long run, investments in Infra sector would lead to GDP growth and spur the country’s economy.
The CE industry is starting to see some revival this year. Despite the recent challenges, the long-term growth opportunities for the CE industry remain positive. While most of the demand for construction equipment is expected to come from the Infra sector, the mining sector would also raise a lot of demand for machines. We also see a strong demand for crushing and screening equipment and a healthy backlog in the coming months.
In fact, a slew of Government announcements is helping the CE industry get back its growth momentum, such as the numerous new road projects announced. According to ICRA, the first quarter of 2021 was estimated to have reported a strong equipment demand growth and the mining and construction equipment industry is likely to grow in 2022.
