The latest technologies in our ABC 180 ValueTec Classic Asphalt Mixing Plant include recycled asphalt and warm mix, enhanced productivity and quality, reduced emissions, and lower fuel consumption.
Ammann has a reputation in the asphalt plant industry for energy saving. For instance, the Ammann ABC 180 ValueTec Classic Asphalt Mixing Plant with AS1 control system has the lowest product life cycle cost in this segment. It has a fully modulating burner for efficient combustion and pollution control; direct coupled geared motors that reduce maintenance costs; an efficient burner and baghouse that ensure suspended particulate matter (SPM) levels are within limits and the carbon footprint is minimal. Its future-ready design enables seamless addition of upgrades, while remote assist is available at any location. Customized options are also available that include utilization of up to 60% RAP

The Ammann Elba CC-60 Concrete Plant with AS1 Control system is a linear and transport-optimized concrete mixing plant.
The Ammann Elba CC-60 Concrete Plant enables faster installation with ease of relocation, with its favorable transport dimensions. It is extremely fast to set up due to its folding mechanism and compact design.

The plant is equipped with a specialized design CEM 1000 S Elba single-shaft mixer in operation globally with an integrated linear bin for storing between 2 and 4 aggregate types. Cement, water, aggregate scales, and all other electric and pneumatic plant components are pre-installed and ready for operation.

The integrated control cabin houses the switching cabinet and offers additional space for the control system. With a theoretical hourly output of 60 m³/h, the new CC 60 is the ideal plant for a wide range of applications. No foundation is required for plant installation, and optional solutions are available as per project requirements.

Ammann RAH50 is a new-gen drying drum retrofit to improve fuel efficiency and recycling capabilities.
Ammann dryers have different zones for heat and dry raw materials of different compositions, material properties and moisture contents. They have exceptional wear resistance, are easy to maintain, and highly efficient. It is a popular retrofit because it allows customers to work with recycled asphalt.

Apollo AP600 Wheeled Hydrostatic Sensor Paver offers quality, productivity, and easy operation.
Powered with CEV IV emission standard engine, the reliable and durable AP 600 Paver comes with a variety of features that enable quality, productivity, and easy operation. They include hydrostatic drive, fingertip controls, a swinging console, a hydraulically extendible screed with vibration and tamping, and best-in-class sensors. Double-axle design provides greater stability on difficult terrains, with zero flexing – even at the widest paving width. Additional features for even paving include auger lifting/lowering; separate drives for both auger and conveyors; higher feed area; and sensors for material feed in augers and conveyors.

The AP 600 is offered with the TV 4900 and TV4500 screed, featuring a basic width of 2.5 meters that is hydraulically extendible to 4.9 meters. Bolt-on mechanical extensions of 850 mm or 1050 mm on either side of the screed offer a paving width of 6.5 to 7 meters. The paver’s tamping and vibration arrangement is in line with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways accepted international specifications. Ammann offers either an LPG or a diesel burner for screed heating. The pavers come equipped with sensors. All these features result in an impressive paving performance along with excellent compaction values.

Ammann ARS-110.2 and ARX90.2 Tandem Rollers powered by engine that meet CEV IV emission standards, are designed for applications in both medium and large jobsites.
Applications include transport construction (municipal and town roads, motorways, airfields), and building construction (houses and industrial zones). The rollers utilize the highly respected Ashok Leyland engine. The differences between models result in reducing pollution and NOx. Newly released models are equipped with the most technologically advanced electronic engine.

The compaction output is high, and the system is efficient. Each drum has an independent vibratory motor. The rollers also feature a heavy-duty, 2-stage vibrator. The machines are designed to be compact and drive vibration into the targeted materials and away from the operator. The soil compactors are easy to control, with articulated steering with oscillation.

The design also provides visibility and comfort that helps make operators productive throughout their shift. The hard top canopy is spacious, comfortable, and noise-free. Operator-friendly features include operator console, adjustable operator seat, and control switches on the armrest.

Some of the other salient features include a robust and reliable 4 Bearing Vibratory System; Maximum Centrifugal force and Total Applied Force; High output for faster compaction of thicker layers in fewer passes; and Rugged 12 PR Tyres specially for traction and more productivity. Tiltable platform and engine hood provide convenient access to service points and the engine compartment. Ground access to service and maintenance points enables quick, safe, and easy servicing.

Apollo KLM1200 Kerb Paver can lay continuous curbs of 600 mm by 800 mm and work at a pace of 180 meters per hour.
Mounted on steel tracks, the KLM 1200 ensures maximum stability and gradeability. The ergonomically designed, easy-to-operate slip form curb-laying machine has a 58-hp, four-cylinder, four-stroke water-cooled diesel engine. Manual override enables operator control under all conditions. The machine can be transported with a standard trailer and a pickup truck.

Operation is easy with its fingertip controls. The operator has exceptional sight lines to the formed concrete, enabling quick adjustment of speed and vibration when necessary. The machine’s design enables easy access to machine components. Features include fully proportional sensor controls for grade, line, and slope with remote slop setting; and the braking system is through planetary gear box with integrated hydro motor and brake.
