Could you please tell us about the HELIX GROUP, its manufacturing facilities and global operations?

How do you see the presence of your company in India and the potential of this market in context of your business?

The Indian market has immense potential and lots to offer to entrepreneurs. The Indian economy is registering around 6 percent growth amid uncertain global economic conditions. Domestic demand is expected to grow at a compound rate of 9.2% per year between 2015 and 2035, creating opportunities for many industries. India's economic liberalization began in the early 1990s and has accelerated ever since. Recently, the Indian Government decided to open up the multi-brand retail sector in the country which will create huge opportunities for Indian and foreign companies and consultants involved in agriculture, retail and infrastructure.

Attracted to these ever growing opportunities, many overseas companies have already entered into the Indian market and are expanding their business here. Indian companies too have become more active in the world market as well, through JV with foreign companies to leverage them to develop their own business at home. The country is no longer only an emerging market for foreign investments but has become a significant player in the world economy too.

India is enjoying an advantageous position for doing trade with other South Asian countries, Australia and the countries of Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. Combined with the huge domestic market and the pool of well-educated young people, India might very well function as a hub for business activities all around the region.

What are the sectors, currently you're catering to in the country? How well you're positioned to cater the requirements of Heavy plant and construction equipment industry?

At present, we are supporting engineering field and mainly focus on construction, mining and agriculture equipment in the country. We believe that by continuous development of industry, we will be able to attain a stable position to cater to the requirements of heavy plant and construction equipment industry in coming years.

Please tell us about the services, Helix is offering to its clients?
In trading division, we're well positioned to provide spare-parts of heavy construction equipment and mining equipment from reputed manufacturers. While for customized product development, we are providing facilities such as Casting, Forging & Machining Facilities.

What are the quality control systems placed at Helix to manufacture the quality precision components?
Quality Assurance concept is like tradition which constitutes the policy of HELIX GROUP'S right from the beginning. Each part is inspected under the supervision of professional, and member of quality assurance department.

What is the size of your distribution network in India? Are you planning to expand this network?
Our reach is in 12 states so far in India, and we are targeting 100% distribution channels around the country by the end of 2017.
