Hardik Solanki, Nilkanth Engineering Works
We adhere to international standards of performance, quality, and reliability and have become the preferred partner in 15+ countries worldwide, where we have delivered over 1000 concrete batching plants till date.
Hardik Solanki, Director - Sales & Marketing

We are offering mobile, compact, and stationary batching plants, and our silos complement our concrete batching plants.
Our mobile and compact concrete batching plants Cross Bin and 3 Bin are based on a single chassis which allows for their quick installation. Wide platforms allow easy access to the main parts of the mixer and the weighing hopper. We provide a rigid and robust chassis to our stationary plants for their longevity and an easily operable automation console which does not require skilled workers.

Our storage silos range from 40 – 100 tons and have superior quality valves and air filters to avoid wastage and ensure quality construction. Our wet mix macadam plants are built as per MoRTH specifications with a production capacity of 100-250 tph.

Concrete Batching Plants help in optimizing the mix design and the concrete preparation process. They make a lesser contribution to air pollution, while optimizing water usage, and enabling quicker and more sustainable construction. The computerized control in mixing plants prioritizes energy saving while calibrating the ingredients with precision.

Nilkanth Engineering Works

We manufacture RMC plants in both high and low volume capacity, and they can be customized as per customer requirements.
Our Mobile Concrete Batching Plants offer high mobility and are suitable for small to medium sites. Since they have a low production capacity, they are suitable for small areas. A major advantage of such plants is that they do not need a foundation to become functional and can start operations right away.

Our very popular Compact Concrete Batching Plant NE 30 CP with a capacity of 30 cubic meters per hour is designed for remote sites; it has high flexibility and is transported in small parts and assembled on-site with little or no foundation required.

Our Stationary Concrete Batching Plants NE30 SP and NE 60 SP are being used mainly in RMC plants and in large-scale projects. They are highly efficient with a maximum production rate of 120 cubic meters per hour. This plant was previously available only with Twin Shaft mixers and Pan Mixers; we have now added another mixer line to it – the Planetary Mixer, which is attached to the concrete batching plant, is mainly used with cement pipes to directly dispose off the concrete where it is needed. Planetary Mixers manufactured by Sicoma are considered the best in the industry.

Our new 22000 sq.m factory in Varsola, Ahmedabad, has the capacity to produce 15-20 batching plants per month. Transit mixers can also be manufactured with ease here.
Currently, we are supplying 5-8 batching plants per month, and are confident that the number will increase to 15-20 plants in the future. We have delivered 1000+ concrete batching plants to over 15 countries which include Russia, UAE, Oman, Uganda, Kenya, Iraq, Zambia, Congo, and Nigeria.

Our 40+ years of experience helps us in easy incorporation of modern technology for developing state-of-the-art equipment. Our computer-aided production methodology assists us in manufacturing the best quality equipment.

We take pride in serving our customers cost effective, user-friendly, and easy to maintain solutions. We have an experienced service team to provide 24x7 aftersales support. Timely availability of spare parts is ensured by our centralized department.

The Covid-19 pandemic brought some stagnation in the industry, but now with the boost given by the government for infra development, we are gearing up for the anticipated demand. Our aim is to deliver customer-driven reliable solutions for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and infrastructural applications.
