The company manufactures a wide range of fly ash brick, block making machines, stationary and concrete batching plants that are equipped with the company's own pan-mixers. Other products include machines for making paver blocks and bricks, sand mix millers, color mixers, vibrating tables, vibrating screen machines, magnetic drum separators, hydraulic cylinders, swing frame grinders, foundry ladles, hydraulic press, etc – all of which are sold under the brand name 'Mix Well'We are geared up to meet the rising demand for higher capacity brick making machines.
We are seeing a growing demand for block and fly ash brick making machines from places like Chattisgarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, some other parts of India. Crushing and screening plant owners are going for backward integration of their operations to increase profitability. Contractors involved in construction of infrastructure projects or those operating ready-mix concrete plants are also buying block and brick making machines.
We provide extensive pre- and post-sales support to our customers.
To cater to the growing demand, we are offering pre-sales services such as carrying out a feasibility study of setting up the plants. Our engineering team studies the site conditions and advises customers on the demand prospect of the products, and based on their production requirement, suggests the type and capacity of the machines they should buy. Our post-sales support includes commissioning and training on how to operate the plants.Our fully automatic fly ash brick making machine has an output of 14 bricks at one time.
There is a rising demand for fly ash brick making machines with higher throughput. Our fully automatic FAM-2520 machine can produce 14 bricks at one time. FAM-2520 has sturdy vibrators, conveyors, pan mixers, etc. This model of fully automatic fly ash brick making machine has a production capacity of 11520 Bricks per shift. Our fully automatic (FAM-2160) has an output of 12 bricks at one time."We will be strengthening our position in the stationary and mobile concrete batching plants and our pre feeders with the FAM 1800 and the FAM 1440. We manufacture stationary concrete batch mix plants in capacities ranging between 36 cum/hr to 90 cum/hr, and mobile concrete batching plants of 36 cum/hr to 63 cum/hr, both of which have planetary rotary mixers.
