Tell us something about Don Construction Chemicals India Ltd manufacturing facilities, their locations, product range offered in India, and also about its overseas collaborative arrang– ements.
Don Construction Chemicals India Limited (DCCIL) manufactures products for the construction and civil engineering industry.

DCCIL was founded in 1993, with the support of its parent company. Don Construction Products Ltd., UK. Acquired in 1997 by F. Ball & Co. Ltd., UK’s leading manufacturer of flooring adhesives and floor preparation products.

We are very much involved in formulating and manufacturing specialty construction chemicals for serving the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry with value added products.

In India, we have a major manufacturing plant in Chennai (Unit-1), Jaipur (Unit-2), and Hyderabad (Unit-3). We are also planning to start in other parts of the country like Delhi and Cochin.

We are specializing in reactive chemical technology, the comprehensive range of products manufactured comprise a range of resin and cementitious concrete repair materials, protective coatings, structural grouts and adhesives, waterproofing products and a wide range of admixtures for concrete and mortar.

We also manufacture revolutionary Geo-polymer based eco–friendly products for construction industry by its innovative research and developments. These eco–friendly products were introduced for the first time in India by DCCIL.

What is DCCIL overview of developments in construction chemicals market in India and the new strategy adopted by the company foreseeing the increased focus on infrastructure development here?
Our focus has always been to providing a complete solution and service backup for the customer. Developing customized product for special requirements through continuous research methodology.

What are the future plans of the company to strengthen its presence in India and capture sizeable construction market where its products range can be applied? What market share the company is expecting to garner in the next two to three years as a leading construction chemicals manufacturer?
We are planning to set up more manufacturing unit to meet the demand of our exclusive products and make it available in all major cities.

We are aggressively trying to capture a solid market share in near future, which once again proves and establishes the value of our exclusive products.

What is Company’s focus on research and development and quality systems placed and training of applicators in the usage and application of range of products manufactured?
Our team of professionally qualified scientist constantly analyizes to enhance the product value and DCCIL is recognized as an ISO 9001:2000 certified company by M/s. Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assurance and also acquired ISI standards for the product SERCRETE RMW.

What are the various application areas of the products manufactured by the Company? Is the company planning any expansion for its business segment or product range in the near future?
Our products are used in various construction areas to suit the requirement.

Admixtures (Chloride free), Water proofing Systems, Industrial Grouts, Industrial Floor Surfaces, Protective Coatings, Adhesives, Repairs and surface Treatment, Geo-polymer based eco–friendly products and products for customized requirements.

We are also planning to develope new range of products to market in India.

To create the desired awareness about the right product and its right application as a service to the industry, how the DCCIL is campaigning for its products and services? Also a brief about the company’s sales and after sales services support system to render its clients a comprehensive service?
We strongly believe in customer satisfaction, which means a strong bondage between our company and customer. To achieve this, we have trained and developed young and energetic team, infrastructure and a network throughout the country.

Through this, we can reach a customer directly and educate the customer on the quality and advantage of our product.

We demonstrate our products onsite, based on the requirement which proves the quality of our products. Our service support system is readily available on call 24x7.

Is it possible to elaborate one or two success stories of application of DCCIL products on important projects undertaken that have totally fulfilled the customer’s needs and expectations?
