Mr. Dattatreya Ghosh,Country Manager- India
The year 2017 was a successful year for Rotho
Rotho forayed into the Indian market in 2010. This market is very interesting for us and we have a lot of customers using our systems. We also see a lot of potential for the future, because the industry is increasing, and people are looking for better quality curing systems that can enhance productivity and profitability.
We have delivered several plants & equipment in the Indian market and have always get a very positive result from our customers. We are on a positive way to convince more and more customers to invest in our technology in order to increase their concrete product quality and hasten their curing process.
Advantages of Rotho Concrete Curing System
Concrete with its high proportion of fly ash, needs more than 21 to 27 days to harden under natural curing. Our Rotho ProCure Concrete Curing System is equipped with temperature & humidity sensors, which are installed on several positions on the curing rack system. Due to given set points, more or less temperature / humidity is given into the curing area in order to keep a stable climate for the concrete products during the curing process. The system guaranties the same conditions 365 days per year.
Advantages of using Rotho systems include well-designed turnkey solution, high cost benefit ratio, upto 12% saving on cement, saving of water, reduced curing time, more uniform colours, high strength, reduced storage capacity, and reduced efflorescence.
Support in India
Rotho is considered a world leader in curing systems for automatic and semi-automatic plants. Its head office and factory are based in Germany and it has supplied more than 1.000 plants all over the world. In India, we have set up an office in Bangalore where our staff lends customer support of any kind. Our Online Control System comes along with the ProCure System, and our technicians can adjust the system any time.
For the Indian market, it has also developed curing tents retrofitted with ACS and can move on rails, which means that these moveable tents can be fixed at sites. The curing tents are for very small block manufacturing machines and suitable for start-up companies as the investment is very low.
New at Excon 2017
We will show our complete range of equipment for concrete curing processes, starting with a simple tent solution upto a full equipped ProCure Curing system, which provides temperature and humidity to the curing area.
