We have been consistently supplying rugged, high-quality equipment, which have been successfully completing projects on time at various sites. For our next level of growth, we have been upgrading our products with new technology with the help of our technical consultant and design team, and have added advanced automation to the already upgraded VFD drives. We plan to integrate our systems with CCTV and daily productivity reports to owners, which help in monitoring and evaluating the project’s progress. There are 25 clients who are using more than 24 units of CMAC equipment.

There are many firsts to the credit of CMAC since its inception in 2006.

From importing passenger & material hoists from China to developing the mast sections in India since 2009, and thereby reducing import costs by almost half (from $6 million to $3 million), CMAC has come a long way. To curtail imports, we started sourcing most of the components from the domestic market and in the process, we started exporting to the Middle East. This helped us in bringing the disparity in net foreign exchange outgo to $1 million.

In 2007, we gave our first imported twin cage hoist to Evershine Builders in Mumbai; our first hydraulic pusher bridge for cooling towers application to BGR Energy in 2009; our first curved hoist for cooling towers to Gammon India in 2009; and the first massive cage (4 m x 2.2 m) to Panchsheel Realty in Pune, in 2014.

We were the first to manufacture Twin Cage Hoist in India.

We take pride in manufacturing the first Twin Cage Hoist now in India, with which, we have established our expertise in delivering and maintaining the equipment to a height of over 255 meters. Our Twin cage saves 50% of the total cost and gives 100% more productivity. With this, you can handle all the loading and unloading of the construction material and transportation of manpower at a single point.

Both the cages work independently on the same (mast) structure. Power is 2x2x11kw. We have upgraded the technology by providing world-class automation, which helps the owner to get feedback on loads carried, number of trips made, etc.

These are designed and developed for the construction and other industries that require work to be done at heights. The equipment is fabricated using steel, motors, gear boxes and other raw components sourced from domestic as well international markets such as China and Thailand.

Our single cage and double cage P&M hoists offer optimum transport solution for low-rise, medium and high-rise constructions of all types. The single cage can be easily installed in existing lift shafts and in stairwells at construction sites. It enables easy and fast installation from the platform/cage, mobility, and requires less transport and maintenance cost.
