We provide customers an option for AMC, and during the warranty period of the machine, we carry out periodic visits at site and provide guidance to the operator and site-in-charge for any troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the machine. We have our own sales team, a service network across 17 locations across India where we keep adequate stock of spares, and a ready team of service engineers. Our 24x7 client support system at our head office also provides prompt service to our clients.

There is good demand for the smaller as well as bigger capacity concrete batching plants, and now, with projects have a shorter time span, to speed up work at site, a batching plant is very important. So, if we see the market trend, the industry has good prospects in the near future. The coming three years will see a huge demand for high capacity concrete batching plants in view of the infra development projects announced by the government such as metros, smart cities, highways, airports etc.
