Burner India’s range of India-Made fully automatic burners and heating systems designed for the asphalt industry, have a strong focus on energy efficiency, environmental care, and user-friendly technology. “A burner is the most critical component of any plant and energy efficiency has become a prime concern for everyone today. Our systems are engineered to reduce emissions while ensuring optimum performance,” said Vinesh Bhatia, Director.

Known for their adaptability, quick installation, and fast service support, Burner India’s solutions are backed by in-house R&D and robust manufacturing capabilities. The company offers oil, gas, and dual-fuel burners, biomass pellet burners, and a variety of heating systems—all fully automatic, safe, and equipped with intelligent control systems for easy operation.

The burners are equipped with stage-wise capacity regulation, mechanical or electronic modulation, and remote-access automation. The asphalt-dedicated burner series serves drum mix, batch mix, counter-flow, and RAP plants up to 600 TPH, along with bitumen heating, thermic fluid heating, and decanting applications. Multiple fuel compatibility, modulating versions with PID controllers, optional gas pilot flames, integrated control panels, self-cleaning filters, and customised furnace oil ring systems further strengthen the product line.

“Our products are made in India, simple to operate, not complicated, and spare parts are available across the country,” informed Bhatia. More than 80% of asphalt OEMs in India use our systems. He informed that OEM partners outside India also help the company extend support in international markets.

The CE-certified burners, which are used across thermic fluid heating systems, help customers achieve better energy efficiency. The company adheres to stringent quality norms under ISO 9001 certification, with continuous audits by DUV. All products are CE-certified to ensure complete operational safety.

R&D at Burner India is driven by customer feedback and hands-on technical expertise. “I am personally involved in the technical side, and our team continuously incorporates inputs shared by customers, including those exposed to international technologies,” said Bhatia.

The company operates two manufacturing units in Mehsana and Ahmedabad, with a combined 45,000 sq ft of workspace and a team of over 100 personnel. Its export footprint spans South America, Africa, the Gulf, Australia, New Zealand, and Russia, supported by integration with global asphalt plant manufacturers.

Reflecting on performance, Bhatia said, “In FY 2025, we performed better than FY24. We are now expanding our customer base and focusing more on multinational clients while maintaining our strong domestic presence.”

Looking ahead, Burner India aims to enhance its product range to make systems even more efficient and environment friendly. “The need for energy efficiency and environmental care is increasing every day, and we want our products to meet those expectations. This will strengthen customer trust and help us grow faster,” he said.
