Maxwell Crush Tech Expands its Made-in-India Crushing & Screening Solutions

“We have supplied several sand washing plants across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, and the response has been very encouraging,” shared Chirag Patel, Managing Director. With customisation becoming a key requirement, Maxwell has built strong expertise in designing and integrating application-specific plants. “Many clients approach us to modify their existing plants, and we offer tailored solutions that fit new technology or changing production needs. After a detailed site review, we prepare a new layout and retrofit our equipment with minimal modifications,” informed Patel.
The company has successfully replaced impactors with cone crushers, upgraded primary jaws, and shifted customers from jaw–jaw combinations to more efficient jaw–cone setups.
Rising demand for M-sand has further accelerated the need for reliable shaping and washing technologies. “To ensure consistent gradation, cubical shape, and reduced fines, we offer proven VSI solutions. For fine filtration, our hydrocyclone-based washing plants have delivered excellent results for customers.”
As India moves toward stricter implementation of the National C&D Waste Management Rules 2025, including EPR mandates and compulsory recycled material use, Maxwell is preparing to expand its role in this emerging segment. “C&D recycling is a compliance-driven but fast-growing market. While we already manufacture crushers, screens, and air classifiers, we are now working toward offering a complete, integrated recycling solution. It’s a new challenge, but we’re gearing up for it,” said Patel.

Digitalisation is also becoming integral to plant performance. Patel explained, “Information drives decisions in the crushing and mining field. Even a small alert can save lakhs of rupees. Since IoT and PLC solutions require specialised expertise, we partner with technology providers who offer GSM-enabled data, mobile dashboards, and automation integration. This helps customers improve uptime and efficiency.”
R&D remains central to staying competitive. “If you are not investing in R&D, you are out of the market. Innovation is essential, not just to improve existing machines but also to make solutions economically viable, especially for areas like C&D waste management,” Patel said.
The company sees strong opportunities in both domestic and export markets. While India remains its core market, accounting for nearly 70% of sales, Maxwell is expanding its footprint in Africa and Nepal. “These are developing regions where our products are well-suited, and we see good long-term potential,” he added.
Calling FY2025 one of the company’s best years, Patel attributed the growth to rising demand across industries. For the next three years, the company plans to add new technologies, expand product capacities, and move toward solution-based offerings. The goal is to provide comprehensive, ready-to-use systems that combine all necessary equipment for customers.
The company’s focus on innovation, plant adaptability, digital integration, and expanding its catalog signals a stronger push toward becoming a complete solutions provider in India’s fast-growing crushing and screening market.
