We expected the market to shift to bigger plants, so we have geared up with plants from 20m3 per hour to 1400m3 per hour, to cater to all kinds of requirements.

Our products can cater to all kinds of requirements

The Simem brand is known for its high quality available and over the past 20 years in India, our plants have proven to be user-friendly and low on maintenance. This is possible because of our dedicated R&D facility, which is continuously making improvements and adapting the latest technologies in our plants to offer the latest in the field.

We have executed most of the reputed projects in India and around the world. We had expected the market to shift to bigger plants as it matures, and we were already geared up to take it on. Our product portfolio includes plants from 20m3 per hour to 1400m3 per hour. So, we can cater to all kinds of requirements in this changed scenario.

Well equipped with plant monitoring systems

All our plants have control systems that can be remotely monitored and diagnosed, as well as troubleshoot. We can also provide communications where the customer can control the plant from a central location. This is very useful for big RMC companies who have a number of plants and need to control and monitor these plants from a central location. This also helps us to attend to plant breakdowns immediately without physically going to the site, thereby, saving huge downtime to the customers.

Investing in R&D heavily

Simem has a dedicated R&D facility located centrally at our Italian headquarters. We are one of the few companies who invest in R&D heavily, and come up with new and innovative concepts in batching plants. Every year, we are introducing some new concepts and products which will help in being more and more productive and easy to operate.

Ramping up production facility & expanding market reach

This year, we are celebrating our 20 years in India and have embarked on a comprehensive growth plan for our Indian operation. We are ramping up our production facilities and adding to our present sales and service network to have further reach in the market. Our sales and service network is focusing on the North, South, and West regions at present. We have also formed dedicated service stations for plant clusters where their density is more. We will also be entering the East Indian market, which we have not concentrated on earlier.

Our strategy of retaining our customers has always been to give them a product which will be better in design, with more user-friendly operating systems, and easy to maintain, has less downtime with easy and prompt after-sales support.

We have been successful till date in retaining our old customers who have showered us with continuous business.

We have had 100% growth in 2017

The housing sector is yet to pick up post Demonetization and RERA, however, the infrastructure sector has responded very well, as a result, we have had a 100% growth for the year ending March 2017. Presently, we are concentrating on the Road and Infra sectors where there is requirement of large plants and our core strength lies in large capacity plants. This year too, we are heading for a 100% growth.

New at Excon 2017

We will be launching our new Eagle series of concrete batching plant series. These plants will be available from 70m3/hr to 180m3/hr. No foundations are required for all plants in this series. The footprint is reduced to accommodate them in a very small space. And we have eliminated the need for a waiting hopper for aggregates without affecting output of the plants.

We will also display the improved version of our MOBYMIX plants. These plants will be super compact and fast to erect. They will not need any aggregate loading conveyors, and can be loaded directly by a front-end loader.

Both the plants will require only PCC @300-400mm, thereby, eliminating the huge cost of RCC foundations.
