World of Concrete Asia 2019 unfolding new segmentation & participating brands

World of Concrete Asia - a leading concrete and masonry industry exhibition, will be held on December 11-13, 2019 in Shanghai New International Expo Center. The show will be visited by domestic and foreign contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers, municipal engineering and other industry players.

The event will be the most effective product displaying, knowledge sharing, and trade platform for the construction industry in Asia, and is expected to cover 52,000 sqm space, and host over 800 domestic and foreign exhibitors.

With the continuous progress and development of Chinese construction technology and growth of the Chinese engineering construction market, concrete as the basic material of construction, is playing a vital role in urban construction. According to the organizers, well-known enterprises such as Southern Road Machine, ZOOMLION, Somero, Dynamic, HAVER & BOECKER, Aalborg Portland, Gezhouba Group Cement, Smooth-On, MAX, Qunfeng Machinery, Harex Steel Fiber, Fangyuan Mold have already confirmed their participation. The renewal rate of exhibitors compared to the previous year has also improved significantly, with more than half of the re-ordered exhibitors having enlarged their booth space.

WOCA 2019 will invite industry experts, well-known enterprises, as well as suppliers and service providers from both upstream and downstream to discuss topics like assembly housing, decorative concrete, sponge city, super-flat flooring, static control flooring, and more.

On Dec. 12, 2019, the award ceremony for Asian Golden Trowel Award, which represents the honor of concrete floor builders, will be held on the show floor. The 2018 Asian Golden Trowel Award officially entered China under the joint efforts of FACE And INFROMA, and it was the first time that Chinese construction enterprises signed up to participate in the award ceremony. 2018 Asian Golden Knife Awards gave 4 gold and one silver awards, of which, Chinese companies won 3 gold medals. 2019 WOCA will continue to work to promote the concept of overall flooring and explore the future scope and growth avenues of the industry in Asia
