The progress VGA Machine is a lattice girder welding machine designed for the production of large batches of lattice girders for precast elements. The machine produces girders of different lengths in large scale and the production speed is optimally adjusted to meet the customer's production requirements.
progress Maschinen & Automation is now delivering in India VGA 215, a machine that will meet the client's output specifications and is also designed with a tailor-made run-off and stacking solution combined to the machine, so that the logistics and efficiency are enhanced.
The lattice girders vary in height and the top and bottom wire can be manufactured in a wide diameter range. The wire is processed off-coil, and the straightening is performed by two different straightening units: two roller straightening groups are placed horizontally and vertically on two levels for the diagonal wires and three rotor straightening units conceived for the up and bottom wires. This straightening processing combined in such way, guarantees a constant straightening quality, less wear and tear, and outstanding wire surface.
The diagonal wire bending unit performs the so called Z-form bending and an electro-mechanical and stepless adjustment is integrated. The resistance spot welding machine of the VGA 215 consists of 3 resistance spot welding units and welds the 5 wires automatically and simultaneously together, pulling forward the welded girder in a defined step. Last, but not least, the run-off combined with a lattice girder stacking unit transports and stacks the lattice girders in previously programmed piles.
