Pakona Engineers Offers state-of-the-art Vertical Cast Concrete Pipe Making Machine

Following are the four models of the machines with their special features from Pakona portfolio which can manufacture Cement Concrete Pipes, with & without HDPE Lining, with & without Reinforced, Manholes, Jacking Pipes and many more items.

MACH 1 The pipe machine MACH 1 allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 300 to 1200 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision)

MACH 2P

• It allows production of two pipes with inner diameter from 150 to 600 mm having maximum useful length of 2.00 mtrs.

MACH 1L

• It allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 300 to 1600 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision).

PPM 2500

• It allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 800 to 2500 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision).
The models MACH 1, MACH2P, and MACH1L are fully automatic, while PPM 2500 is semi automatic. For all these machines, two operators are required to take away the pipes to the drying area, and to supervise the running of the machine.

These machines allow the production of reinforced or unreinforced pipes, round or pre-bed pipes with spigot and socket joint with rubber joint, egg-shaped pipes, square or rectangular pipes and other items as per customers' requests.
