Pakona Engineers Offers state-of-the-art Vertical Cast Concrete Pipe Making Machine

Under the technical license of Mario Croci & Figli (Italy), the world – class manufacturer of concrete pipe machines for over 75 years, Pakona produces precast concrete pipe machines in India and within a span of 4 years, it has successfully installed fifteen plants all over India & abroad for manufacture vertical cast concrete pipes which is a unique feat.

Following are the four models of the machines with their special features from Pakona portfolio which can manufacture Cement Concrete Pipes, with & without HDPE Lining, with & without Reinforced, Manholes, Jacking Pipes and many more items.

MACH 1 The pipe machine MACH 1 allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 300 to 1200 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision)

MACH 2P

It allows production of two pipes with inner diameter from 150 to 600 mm having maximum useful length of 2.00 mtrs.

MACH 1L

It allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 300 to 1600 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision).

PPM 2500

It allows single pipe production with inner diameter from 800 to 2500 mm having maximum useful length of 2.50 mtrs. Pipes are made as per IS 458:2003 (Fourth Revision).

These machines allow the production of reinforced or unreinforced pipes, round or pre-bed pipes with spigot and socket joint with rubber joint, egg-shaped pipes, square or rectangular pipes and other items as per customers' requests.
