Oshiwara-Metro
Roswalt Realty has acquired the naming rights of Oshiwara Metro Station for one year in a major branding and city-integration initiative, officially rebranding it as Roswalt Realty Oshiwara. The announcement was celebrated through a special on-ground event at the station, marking a new association between urban mobility and one of Mumbai’s rapidly growing real estate brands. The move strengthens Roswalt Realty’s presence in the Oshiwara–Andheri West corridor, a prominent residential and commercial hub, and aims to create strong everyday brand recall among commuters and local communities.

Speaking on the occasion, Ar. Shantanoo Vishwanath Rane, Chairman, Roswalt Realty, said that Oshiwara has been central to the company’s growth journey and that the association reflects its commitment to being part of Mumbai’s evolving urban landscape and daily life. The renamed Roswalt Realty Oshiwara station serves thousands of passengers every day and is located in one of the city’s most active redevelopment zones. The initiative aligns with the company’s focus on integrating real estate development with infrastructure, accessibility, and city growth.

Recognised for its On Time Every Time delivery philosophy and a strong portfolio of premium and redevelopment projects, Roswalt Realty continues to adopt innovative engagement strategies, reinforcing its vision of not just building homes but becoming an integral part of Mumbai’s growth story.
