Nitin Gadkari inaugurates 11 NH projects worth Rs 5,600-cr in Rajasthan

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, has inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 11 National Highway projects in Pratapgarh, Rajasthan. Among the projects, four national highway projects covering a length of 219 km and costing Rs 3,775 crore were inaugurated, including the 6-laning project from Kishangarh to Gulabpura section on NH-48, enhancing development in Ajmer and Bhilwara districts. The construction of a high-level bridge on the Chambal river in Mandrayal will maintain connectivity between Mandrayal, Karauli in Rajasthan, and Sabalgarh in Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, the foundation stone was laid for seven projects with a total length of 221 km, aiming to improve connectivity from Nathdwara to Udaipur airport and ease traffic congestion in Pratapgarh and other areas. Moreover, several projects were announced under the Central Road Fund (CRF) for Rajasthan.
