Innovision Wins Rs 219 Crore NHAI Toll Collection Contract in Madhya Pradesh
According to a regulatory filing dated September 8, 2026, NHAI awarded the Letter of Award (LoA) to Innovision on September 7 following a competitive e-tendering process.
Under the contract, Innovision will act as the user fee agency for the IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas on the six-lane Indore-Dewas section of NH-3. The scope also includes maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumable items.
The domestic toll collection and facility maintenance contract has a tenure of one year. The total commercial consideration of the order is Rs 219,07,29,635, equivalent to approximately Rs 219.07 crore.
