Govt allots ₹879 cr for 2 road up-gradation projects in MP

Public Works Minister Gopal Bhargava informed that ₹879 crores have been allotted by the Indian government for two roads in Madhya Pradesh. Around ₹386 crore has been sanctioned for Kurwai to Mungawali-Chanderi 81 km road and ₹493 crore for 93 km road from Dindori to Mandla.

On completion on the projects, better road connectivity will be available from Sanchi to Chanderi and from Kanha National Park to the origin of Narmada river Amarkantak and to the tourists visiting the fossil park Rajpura.
