Larsen & Toubro Sells Hyderabad Metro Stake to Telangana Govt for Rs 1,461 Cr

Larsen & Toubro has signed a share purchase agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited to divest its entire stake in L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited for Rs 1,461.47 crore.

Following the completion of the transaction, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, marking a significant shift in ownership of the Hyderabad Metro project.
