Max Estates launches ₹400-cr realty project in Noida
Max Estate, the real estate subsidiary of Max Group, has started the construction of its new commercial project named Max Square comprising office and retail spaces on the Noida Expressway at an investment of ₹400 crore. The newest is the third commercial project of Max Estates and will be developed with New York Life Insurance Company as the financial partner. The former will have 51 per cent while New York Life Insurance Company will have 49 per cent stakes in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) Max Square Ltd, formed to develop the project. This is the first real estate project by the New York Life Insurance Company in India as a financial partner. Sahil Vachani, MD & CEO of Max Ventures & Industries, informed that all statutory approvals including Fire NOC, building plan approval and environmental clearance have already been put in place and the entire project will be delivered by March 2023.
