KEC International Secures Rs 1,002 Cr Orders in T&D and Cables Businesses

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and part of the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs 1,002 crore across its Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Cables & Conductors businesses.

In the T&D segment, the company has won composite orders in India covering 220 kV and 132 kV transmission lines, substations and EHV cabling works. It has also secured an additional order for a 400 kV transmission line in the international market, along with orders for supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas.

Under its Cables & Conductors business, KEC has received orders for supply of various types of cables and conductors in both domestic and overseas markets, further strengthening its order book and global presence.

These orders have significantly strengthened our T&D order book, led by the significant composite order secured in India T&D. The addition of this order has further diversified our customer mix in the India T&D order book. With these wins, our year-to-date order intake stands at ~Rs 21,300 Cr.”
