KEC International has bagged civil construction orders worth ₹1,236 crore for premium high-rise residential projects in Western India. Awarded by top real estate developers, the contracts involve the development of over 50 lakh sq. ft. of upscale apartment towers, including allied amenities and infrastructure.

This win marks a significant milestone in KEC’s strategic expansion into the premium high-rise segment, with towers going up to G+70 floors.
